Annual Update Information


The Annual Update window opened January 20th! Please log into your Parent Portal to register your student(s) for the 20-21 school year. If you cannot remember your username or password please use the “Forgot Username” or “Forgot Password” option at the Parent Portal login screen. In the Portal, click the Annual Update link and follow the instructions. The process should take less than 10 minutes. Please review all information for accuracy. For most families, there is no need to upload any documentation. 



PLEASE NOTE: 

  • For split households/custody issues please work with other legal parent/guardian to complete the Annual Update. For any questions, please call your student’s school. 
  • If you have a change of address or need to change emergency contacts please make sure that you have that information and documentation to upload. 
  • New students for the 2020-2021 school year can register after April 1, including Kindergarten.
  • Annual Update is NOT compatible with mobile devices.

If you need help, you can stop by ANY of the following Annual Update Support times:


January 21, 2020,  2:15pm - 7:30pm in the JRE Library

January 23, 2020,  4:00pm-7:30pm in the PCS Conference Rm

January 28, 2020,  4:00pm-7:00pm in PHS A6 

February 12, 2020, 2:30pm-4:30pm in RCMS E45 

February 24, 2020, 7:30am-9:30am OR 2:00pm-3:30pm in the PES Cafeteria


The Annual Update window will close on March 22nd so your student’s schedule for 2020-21 can be finalized. Schedules will be assigned on a “first-come” basis so don’t wait! Please contact your school if you have any questions. We look forward to your children continuing to be part of the PUSD community!
